Hiking the trails that will take us through canyons with spectacular frozen waterfalls!

And let's not forget the Eagles who find the open waters of the Illinois River an excellent fishing spot.
This hike will be with the Forest Trails Hiking Club.
Distance: 7 -11 miles

       

When

The hike starts at 9:30am.

Allow two hours for travel to get to the park.

Meeting Location
Meet at the Starved Rock Lodge by the fireplace.

What To Bring
Equipment: Shoe spikes and poles

Nourishment: Snacks and water
