In lieu of a regular meeting this November, the Bike Rack has invited the club to an open house to showcase their recently remodeled Performance Center. Whether or not you are familiar with the Performance Center, this event represents a good opportunity to meet and mingle with other members, as well as to familiarize yourself with what the center offers with respect to winter training.

6:30 pm. Social time with refreshments, snacks and hors d’oeuvres 
7:00 pm. PowerPoint presentation by Dave Mather. This will be followed by a short tour of the facility, where you'll get to see a class in session.
8:00 pm. Those interested will have the opportunity to participate in a short 20-30 minute training demo'. 

Tip!  If you intend to take advantage of the training demo', remember to bring both your (road) bike and cycling shoes.

In addition to the Open House, those interested will be given a coupon code to sign up and register for one free regular class of their choosing. Attendance does not require any reservation. Although the training demo' is limited to about 12-14 persons, it's unlikely to be over subscribed.
