Enjoy exploring Lords Park, hike past lagoons, historic pavilion, see the bison,elk and deer, find the owl tree-probably 1/2 to 3/4 hr. If you have time & energy, we can do a quick drive over to Elgin Fen (Trout Pk Blvd) on west side of Duncan Ave, and hike Fox River Trail up to Dundee and back. There is still snow on trail Fri aftnoon. Lords Pk walks are mostly clear. Restrms at Lord Pk are closed for winter. See google maps for Lord Pk, Elgin.
