7:30 AM: Metric Road Ride to Sheridan

Let's try this again...

Metric distance road ride from Harter Middle School to Sheridan with rest stops planned in Plano and Sandwich.  No brunch stop, just a gas station visit in Sheridan. 

Expected average ride pace of 15-17 mph. No Drop, but accordion riding expected (riders will separate and regroup (at safe distance) at major turns).

In the event that heat/humidity becomes oppressive, planned shortcut(s) available to shorten mileage by ~10-20 miles.  

Please also note the following:

• In accordance with Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidelines, Minimum Social Distancing rules must be followed (strongly recommend more than 6 feet while riding). No drafting.

• Any riders wanting to join must text me (630-531-4366) prior to 8:00 PM Saturday night confirming they wish to ride. NO TEXT, NO RIDE.

• For any/all stops, riders must wear a mask to enter public facilities.

• Any/all non-FVBSC members must sign a waiver form at the ride start.
