9:00 AM: Out-of-Town Road Ride: Rockford, IL to Clinton, WI - 65

Metric Road ride starting from Rockford, IL area to Clinton/Sharon, WI with limited water stops.

Expected average ride pace of 16-17 mph with ~1,500 ft of climbing. Accordion riding expected (riders will separate and regroup (at safe distance) at major turns). Recommend bringing extra water bottles due to long stretches between stops.

Post ride rehydration and food planned at Prairie Street Brewing Company, 200 Prairie St, Rockford, IL 61107 where there is outdoor seating on the river. If interested, please bring a change of clothes.

If you would like to join, must text me @ 630-531-4366 by Monday, July 27 @ 8:00 AM. This may help with car pooling once I know who is interested.

Please also note the following:

• In accordance with Restore Illinois Phase 4 guidelines, Minimum Social Distancing rules must be followed (strongly recommend more than 6 feet while riding). No drafting.

• For any/all stops, riders must wear a mask to enter public facilities.

• Any/all non-FVBSC members must sign a waiver form at the ride start.
