1st Snow Ride of the Season?
January 7, 2018 ride with the legend Tony P. To be determined what the snow conditions will be like Sunday morning (It's looking good!). This will be a “Show and Go” ride. I’ll be riding a hardtail with 2-1/4” tires. If we get 8+” I’ll have to bail. Fat tire owners have more flexibility as they can “float” on top of the snow up to a point. We’ll start at the Batavia Riverwalk and see what trail conditions are like. May head East or South or North. Thinking 1-2 hours. A lot depends on conditions and the group that shows up. Super flexible. We’ll have the trails to ourselves. Show those indoor trainer folks what winter riding is all about!
