This is one ride with two ways to participate. One is to sign up for the FROG and get full SAG support and ride back to Batavia on a bus with your bike. Two is to raise money for the McHenry County Child Advocacy Center in the Heart And Soul Fund “Follow the Fox” ride. Same ride just two ways to participate. Do one or the other or both. If you opt for the Follow the Fox ride and you raise $250 we will give you a sweet Club Ride “Follow

the Fox” jersey and if you raise $450,we will throw in a pair of riding shorts. We have both womens and men’s versions to choose from. HOW TO do this:

Step 1 - Sign up for the FRROG ride here:

Choose Bus or No Bus back.

Step 2 - Register for the Follow the Fox on the Heart and Soul Website. https://www.heartandsoulfd.org/ Pick a fundraising goal. To get a free Club Ride Jersey reach the $250 mark. To get a Jersey and a pair of Club Ride riding shorts raise $450. “Follow the Fox” Post and create a Sponsorship/donation list. Use Go Fund Me or direct your sponsors to the events page on the Heart and Soul site to buy a “ticket” meaning make a donation and they can mention your name in the comments to give you credit.
