Looking for a way to exercise in the cooler weather without going to the gym?
Join Beth for a brisk walk with stops along the way for body weight exercises.
This activity is appropriate for all levels - it's not a boot camp nor high intensity, but you will keep moving.
Every exercise can be modified to make it easier or harder, or not done at all.
Beth will assist you with proper form and modifications.
Walking pace will raise your heart rate, so dress for 10 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
