Join Beth for a brisk walk and body weight exercises.
Appropriate for all levels.
This week's emphasis: lunges, rows and climbing stairs.
Every exercise can be modified to make it easier or harder, or not done at all. Beth will assist you with proper form and modifications.
Walking pace and stops for exercises will keep you warm, so dress for 5-10 degrees warmer than the air temperature.
The walk will be 3.2 miles on paved surfaces and grass.
Bring gloves and water.
