This Intermediate ride features an average fast pace of 14-16 MPH on mostly roads that may include some steep elevation.  Cyclists must be comfortable with a faster pace, climbing and pace lines.

43 miles, Headwaters, Sycamore, Cortland, Maple Park loop. 14-16 mph.

Snack stop at Cortland Community Park (Casey’s if required).
