Planned trail ride starting from East Dundee for ~35-40 miles. Route will be mostly on Fox River Trail and will be added by Friday, March 20, 2026. Please download to your GPS/phone or print out a map and cue sheet. 

This trail ride features an average pace of 13-14 MPH.  This is a “No Drop” ride, though accordion riding is expected.  

While majority of surface is paved trails and streets, there is always the possibility of limestone segments. Trail/Cross/Gravel bikes are recommended but road bikes with wide tires should be OK.

Safety is our top priority!  Please be familiar with our cycling rules and consider taking the Bike Safety Quiz to enhance your safety knowledge.

Registration is required (click the REGISTER NOW box).
Helmets and rear lights are required.
Front lights and high visibility apparel are recommended.
Dress in layers and plan for the weather (temps and wind).
Please bring water and snacks to stay hydrated and fueled. There may not be a water stop, depending on the route.
Have your bicycle in good working order, and try to arrive 10-15 minutes before our scheduled departure.

Please bring a change of clothes as lunch afterward at DC Cobb's (at start) is a strong possibility.
