This Trail ride will start at Batavia River Walk and meander down Fox River Trail and a few others to Blackwell Forest Preserve.  This will be a mixed surface trail ride.  Once there, riders have the opportunity to rent rowboats, kayaks, canoes and/or paddleboats for an approximate 1 hour "water session." Riders are responsible for own rental costs (ranging between ~$16-22/hour).  A return via limestone and paved trails will follow.



There is no ridewithgps route as everyone will follow the ride leader.  

This is a NO DROP ride.  Accordion riding expected (riders may separate and regroup (at safe distance) at major turns).  Objective is to keep everyone together during the majority of the ride at the advertised pace. 

Rear lights required.  Front lights and high-visibility apparel strongly recommended to enhance personal safety.

Safety is our top priority!  Please be familiar with our safety protocols and cycling rules.
 
You may want to bring a change of clothes as many of us may plan a post-ride meal at a local restaurant based on group interest.
