About this event

SUNRISE Intermediate 14-16+ MPH

Are you an early bird looking for a brisker training ride?  This Intermediate ride features an average pace of 14-16+ depending upon the riders that day.  Rides will be mostly on country roads with some neighborhood streets and a few hills thrown in.  This is a No Drop ride.  Guaranteed to start your day off right watching a beautiful sunrise!  Rides will be from 20 to 32 miles, posted 24 hours ahead of time.

Safety is our top priority!  Please be familiar with our cycling rules and consider taking the Bike Safety Quiz to enhance your safety knowledge.

Registration is required (click REGISTER NOW box), helmets and rear lights are required, front lights and high visibility apparel are recommended especially early and late in the season when we encounter darkness, dress in layers.  Please bring water and snacks, have your bicycle in good working order, and arrive 10-15 minutes before our scheduled departure time.  Prompt start at 5:30 am targeting 7:30 am return (so everyone can get to work on time!).
