The Arlington 500 is a recreational bike ride through scenic Lake County with routes of 20.2, 43.9, 59.3, 83, and 100.8 miles. The terrain is mostly level with some moderate hills, offering a great experience for all levels.
Routes are clearly marked, and registration includes downloadable GPS routes and cue sheets.
This is a fully supported ride featuring a central hub at Lake Zurich High School for registration and parking, with food, beverages, and restrooms available at the rest stop.
For 2026, we are adding a 39-mile loop with a mid-point rest stop for our 59-, 82-, and 100-mile riders. This new addition reduces route overlap and explores further into northwest Lake and McHenry Counties.
