Annual WINTER PREP SKI WALKING by Nordic Foxes--10:30 AM Art Kardatzke will lead group up and down the ski hill at Four Lakes Village in Lisle. Ski walking is an excellent way to get your muscles ready for the upcoming season. Bring your poles and be ready to do a little hill work, or walk along the base of the hill on level ground, easy or challenging. BRING your ski poles or walking poles. Post workout group will have lunch at the Wheatstack Restaurant/Pub which is located just north of Four Lakes on the west side of Route 53.

Four Lakes is on Route 53 about a mile south of Maple on the west side. Meet in the parking lot at the base of the ski hill.
