Whata Combination!

Trail ride westward down the Great Western Trail starting at LeRoy Oakes Forest Preserve.
Bring your fat bike and or studded tires.  Suggest that the minimum equipment requirement is an MTB or cross bike with the largest, best gripping tires you have.  Snow conditions will change from day to day. We’ll see what they are like at roll time. Probably a combination of packed snow, patches of ice and soft/slush.  Yippeee!

We’ll ride for an hour and then turnaround. Pace is always slower on snow packed trails. 10-12 mph average (or possibly lower) is expected
