Planned group trail/road ride from Kane County Government Center for a distance of ~57 miles. NOTE: The first ~17 miles are on paved trails/neighborhood roads to hopefully mitigate strong forecasted south winds (road bikes should be fine). There will be several planned water stops en route. This is a NO DROP ride though you should be aware of the expected average speed 16+ MPH. Accordion riding expected (riders will separate and regroup (at safe distance) at major turns). Strongly suggest you have a map/cue sheet of the route and/or loaded on your GPS/phone.
Rear lights required. Front lights and high-visibility apparel strongly recommended to enhance personal safety.
