5:30 PM: Thursday Evening Trail Ride – 14+ mph pace - LIGHTS MANDATORY

Planned after-work road ride from Kane County Government Center on a 22-mile East loop.  There is no water stop so please plan accordingly.

Surface of route is mixed pavement/limestone.  Cross/Gravel/Trail bikes strongly recommended but road bikes with wide tires should be OK.

This is a NO DROP ride. Cyclists will likely separate during the course of the ride and re-group.  You must be comfortable with a fast pace, climbing and riding in pace lines (as allowed).  Everyone needs to have the ride course on their GPS/phone and/or a printout of map and cue sheet.

Front & Rear lights MANDATORY.  High visibility apparel recommended.

Please bring a change of clothes as many of us will plan to visit Geneva Ale House, 319 W State St, Geneva, IL for post-ride meal and beverages.

Hope to see you there!
