2024 Grand Illinois Bike Tour (registration OPENS Nov. 1, 2023)

Join us June 9-14, 2024 for the annual Grand Illinois Bike Tour (GIBT)! This year’s Central Illinois route resembles a figure eight beginning and ending in Maroa, with overnights in Springfield, Forsyth, and Champaign. Join us and invite your friends.

Choose among our daily mileage options for a total between 203 to 400 miles, consisting mainly of quiet rural roads as well as some trails around Springfield and Champaign/Urbana. Enjoy evenings filled with good food and socializing with riders from around the country. Proceeds benefit Ride Illinois, a nonprofit bicycle advocacy organization, and support our mission to make Illinois better through biking. REGISTER THROUGH THE GIBT WEBSITE BUTTON BELOW.
