SUNRISE High Intermediate 16-18 MPH
Are you an experienced cyclist looking for an early-morning tempo training ride? Cyclists must be comfortable with a faster pace, climbing and casual pacelines. Routes will be around 65 miles on average (shorter distances early in the season) on mostly country roads - while watching a beautiful sunrise!

Registration is required (click REGISTER NOW box), helmets and rear lights are required, front lights and high visibility apparel are recommended especially early and late in the season when we encounter darkness, dress in layers. Although we will have rest stops at gas stations/ convenience stores, please bring water and snacks. Be sure to have your bicycle in good working order, be able to fix a flat, and arrive 10-15 minutes before our scheduled departure time.
