Safety is our top priority!  Please be familiar with our cycling rules and consider taking the Bike Safety Quiz to enhance your safety knowledge.

Registration is required (click REGISTER NOW box), helmets and rear lights are required, front lights and high visibility apparel are recommended especially early and late in the season when we encounter darkness, dress in layers.  Although we will have one rest stop at gas stations/convenience stores, please bring water and snacks.  Arrive 10-15 minutes before our scheduled departure time.
