This Low Intermediate ride features an average conversational pace of 12-14 MPH on paved trails, neighborhood streets and country roads, and a distance of approximately 40’ish miles. This will be a mostly flat ride, but there is no guarantee we won’t encounter a hill or two. This is a No Drop ride. All paces are welcome but may be self led.

Safety is our top priority! Please be familiar with our cycling rules and consider taking the Bike Safety Quiz to enhance your safety knowledge.

Registration is required (click REGISTER NOW box), helmets and rear lights are required, front lights and high visibility apparel are recommended, dress in layers. Please bring water and snacks, have your bicycle in good working order, and arrive 10-15 minutes before our scheduled departure time.

Have fun riding on a mix of bike trails and roads for 15 miles at a 13+ MPH pace. INTERMEDIATE RIDER A group ride designed for drop handle bar road bikes. The group travels 20 to 25 miles at a 15-19 MPH pace. ADVANCED RIDER This ride moves quickly. Riders are on drop handle bar road bikes and travel 25 to 30 miles at a 20 plus MPH pace. Keep up if you can (no electric bikes). Electric bikes are welcome in casual and intermediate groups. - Helmets Mandatory.
